Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

Subject to these Terms, TradeFlow1 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties except as permitted by the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Upload or store content that infringes the rights of others or that is harmful, fraudulent, or misleading;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
• Use the Service to send unsolicited or spam communications;
• Misuse billing or payment features, or circumvent subscription requirements.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service (customers, suppliers, products, invoices, and other records). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content. We may access your data only as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, or as required by law.

The Service is offered as a subscription with a 30-day free trial, followed by a Monthly (R500/month) or Annual (R5,000/year) plan. Trial access is limited to one trial per user. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. We may change our fees with reasonable advance notice, with changes taking effect at your next renewal.

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

The Service, its design, branding, and underlying software are the property of TradeFlow1 and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for backing up your data; we recommend regular use of the in-app backup and export tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeFlow1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data before termination using the backup tools.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of South Africa.
